Per the operator's booking conditions published on its SafariBookings tour terms page: a 50% deposit is required to secure and confirm the booking, with the balance payable 50 days before the start of the safari. Cancellation scale for all package bookings: 45 days or more prior to arrival -> 90% refund to the customer; 44 to 36 days prior to arrival -> 50% refund; 35 days to 0 days prior to arrival -> 0% refund. Minimum 2 passengers per package; no-show within 35 days of arrival therefore receives 0% refund per the same scale.
