Long-stay tours: cancel 55-49 days before departure -> 50% of total refunded (excl. the non-refundable deposit); 48-42 days -> 25% refunded; 41 days or less -> no refund. Day tours: >30 days -> 75% refunded; 29-20 days -> 50%; 19 days or less -> no refund. Day tours cancelled for extreme weather are fully refunded.
