南非地接基本没微信，沟通靠 WhatsApp/邮件，全英文。同一家地接有 3天/4天、不同 lodge 组合，不了解很容易看懵。人在国内，时差+语言，出问题很难及时处理。地接通常只收 Visa/Master，付款不方便。

- A non-refundable 50% deposit of the total booking fee is due within 48 hours of the booking confirmation email; the balance is due no later than 40 days before the travel date. Long-stay tours: cancel 55-49 days before departure -> 50% of total refunded (excl. the non-refundable deposit); 48-42 days -> 25% refunded; 41 days or less -> no refund. Day tours: >30 days -> 75% refunded; 29-20 days -> 50%; 19 days or less -> no refund. Day tours cancelled for extreme weather are fully refunded.
